This unique preserve starts by making a “dry” caramel in our unlined copper pots. We slow the cooking process with local apple cider and add slices of delicious in-season apples and a little salt to balance the sweetness. Perfect on warm biscuits, in grilled cheese sandwiches, or as a topping for cheesecake.
