Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette ¼ cup grape seed oil (or other mild flavored oil) 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon RBP Meyer Lemon Rosemary Preserves ¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard salt & pepper to taste In a small bowl whisk all ingredients until your desired consistency. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then toss dressing with choice of greens. |
